How do I book a tour?
Get in touch through whichever channel works for you — WhatsApp, phone call, email, or the enquiry form on any tour package page. Tell us where you want to go, your preferred dates, and how many people are travelling. We’ll come back to you with options, availability, and pricing. Most bookings are confirmed within 24–48 hours.
What is included in the tour package?
Every package has its own inclusions and exclusions listed clearly on the tour page. As a general guide, most packages cover accommodation, meals (where specified), transport, game drives or guided activities, and a professional guide. What’s typically not included: park entry fees, personal expenses, tips, and any activities you add on. Always check the specific tour page — or ask us and we’ll walk you through it.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time may not be eligible for a refund depending on what’s already been paid to lodges, parks, or third-party operators. For safaris and multi-day packages, different terms may apply — we’ll outline these clearly when you book. If something unexpected comes up, talk to us. We’re reasonable people.
Are there age restrictions?
No hard age limits — we welcome families with young children, older travellers, and everyone in between. That said, some destinations and activities involve rough terrain, long walks, or early morning drives that may not be ideal for very young kids or travellers with limited mobility. When you enquire, mention who’s coming and we’ll recommend packages that suit your group.
What should I pack for the tour?
It depends on where you’re going and when. For safaris: neutral-coloured clothing (avoid bright colours and white), a light jacket for early morning drives, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, binoculars if you have them, and a camera. For beach destinations: light cotton clothes, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen. For international trips: check visa requirements and any health advisories.

How can I contact customer support during the tour?
We stay reachable throughout your trip. Your guide has our number and so will you. WhatsApp works well for quick updates, sharing locations, or sorting out anything on the go. If you have an emergency or need to reach us urgently, call directly — we pick up.
